We are looking for a skilled technician or artisan who repairs, services, and maintains mechanical and quartz timepieces, ranging from luxury watches to antique clocks (including Breitling, Hublot, Cartier, Omega, Rolex etc.)

Responsibilities
- Repair and Service: Diagnosing issues, disassembling, cleaning, lubricating, and reassembling, and regulating watch movements to ensure proper function.
- Part Fabrication: Creating, modifying, or repairing components that are no longer in production, using lathes and other specialized, small-scale machinery.
- Testing and Accuracy: Testing for precision using electronic timing instruments, including pressure testing for water resistance.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of services, parts ordered, and customer repairs.
- Quality Control: Testing new,, or repaired movements to meet high-end brand standards.
Requirements and Skills
- Technical Training: Completion of a watchmaking school (e.g., WOSTEP) or a formal apprenticeship.
- Manual Dexterity: Extreme precision in handling microscopic components.
- Patience and Focus: The ability to work on meticulous tasks for extended periods.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex mechanisms.
- Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency with tools such as microscopes, loupes, lathes, and specialized lubricants.
