Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Bench Jeweler to join our team. This is an opportunity to learn the craft of jewelry repair and fabrication in a professional, high-standard environment under experienced guidance.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, patient, and eager to build a long-term career in the jewelry industry.

What You’ll Learn & Assist With

  • Basic jewelry repair techniques (ring sizing, soldering, polishing)
  • Stone setting fundamentals
  • Cleaning, finishing, and quality control of jewelry pieces
  • Tool usage, bench organization, and workflow processes
  • Supporting experienced jewelers with daily tasks
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bench environment

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work with small, delicate items
  • Interest in jewelry, craftsmanship, or hands-on work
  • Previous bench, trade school, or related experience is a plus—but not required

Training & Development We are committed to developing long-term talent. Selected candidates may have the opportunity to attend advanced jewelry training through an industry-recognized program. This training is fully supported by the company and is designed to accelerate skill development and career growth. In exchange, participants are asked to commit to a two-year employment agreement following completion of the program.
