Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical, automatic, manual-wind, and quartz watches.
- Perform complete overhauls and movement servicing.
- Regulate and test watches for accuracy and performance.
- Conduct water resistance and pressure testing.
- Replace crystals, crowns, stems, gaskets, hands, dials, and other components as needed.
- Inspect incoming inventory and identify service requirements.
- Maintain detailed repair records and communicate repair recommendations.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Keep a clean, organized, and professional workbench.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional watchmaking experience preferred.
- Experience servicing Swiss luxury brands such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Breitling, Tudor, TAG Heuer, IWC, and similar manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz movements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple repairs efficiently.
- Watchmaking certification (WOSTEP, CW21, SAWTA, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
