Horologist / Watchmaker

We are looking for a skilled Watchmaker to join our team. This role focuses on repairing, servicing, and restoring a variety of timepieces, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches.

Repair Watch

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and service watches and clocks
  • Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble movements
  • Replace damaged parts and regulate timekeeping accuracy
  • Inspect and test completed repairs
  • Provide repair estimates and maintain service records
  • Keep workspace and tools organized

Qualifications:

  • Formal watchmaking training or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience repairing mechanical watches
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with luxury and high-end timepieces such as Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, TAG Heuer, and Breitling
  • Manufacturer training or service center experience strongly preferred

Certifications a plus:

  • WOSTEP (Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program)
  • CW21 Certification (Certified Watchmaker of the 21st Century – AWCI)
  • AWCI Watchmaker Certification
  • SAWTA training (Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance)
  • Brand-specific certifications (Rolex, Omega, Richemont group training programs)
