WHAT WILL YOUR IMPACT BE?

Missions

Starting in August 2027, you will train for three years to obtain your Federal Certificate of Competence as a Production Watchmaker. During your apprenticeship, you will develop your technical skills and discover different areas of watchmaking.

During this training, you will develop your skills by working on a variety of watch models, while acquiring essential know-how in terms of efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Mastering the assembly of various watch movements: mechanical, automatic, quartz, and chronographs
  • Learn the fundamental techniques of micromechanics, including filing, precision turning (on a 70mm lathe), metrology, milling, drilling, and heat treatments (hardening and tempering).
  • Acquire watchmaking skills: dial and hand fitting, casing, bracelet adjustment and case assembly
  • Training in the specific operations of pivoting, adjusting and completing movements
  • Developing knowledge of pendulums
  • Participate in various practical training courses within our workshops and with partner companies

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent mastery of academic knowledge and a proven ability to learn are required to successfully complete the vocational training.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and an interest in logical and technical reasoning
  • Interest, curiosity, and motivation for watchmaking products and precision mechanisms
  • Manual dexterity, autonomy and rigor
  • Ability to concentrate, patience and logical reasoning
  • Team spirit and interpersonal skills
