Experienced Jeweler – Miami Cuban Link

Location: Hialeah, Florida
Experience Required: 5+ Years

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Jeweler to join our jewelry store. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of professional jewelry experience and be confident working with all types of jewelry and repairs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform jewelry repairs, restoration, and maintenance.
  • Repair Cuban link chains, bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings, and fine jewelry.
  • Repair broken links, clasps, connections, and other jewelry components.
  • Perform ring sizing, resizing, and structural repairs.
  • Solder gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metals.
  • Perform stone setting, tightening, and replacement.
  • Work with diamonds, gemstones, and precious stones.
  • Perform polishing, buffing, finishing, and refinishing.
  • Repair prongs, bezels, clasps, hinges, and other components.
  • Inspect jewelry and determine the proper repair needed.
  • Handle valuable customer jewelry with care and professionalism.
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work independently and manage multiple repair jobs.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional jeweler experience.
  • Strong jewelry repair and fabrication skills.
  • Experience working with gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones.
  • Cuban link repair experience strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in soldering, sizing, polishing, finishing, and stone setting.
  • Knowledge of jewelry tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, responsible, and professional.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
