BRAND AMBASSADOR – VACHERON CONSTANTIN
The Vacheron Brand Ambassador is responsible for maintaining Customer Service as per the company standard, generating effective sales in the eBoutique environment & assist in all other eBoutique activities.
•Promote the Vacheron Constantin brand by interacting with clients in the sale/aftersales of Vacheron Constantin products within the eBoutique environment.
•Master the Brand’s sales technique as per the training received in order to undertake direct sales with clients.
•Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand’s high standards.
•Cultivate a strong client relationship.
•Maintain a high knowledge on all products of Vacheron Constantin as well as all competition.
•Communicate any special service requests to the team Manager and Maison partners.
•Ensuring sales transactions are processed in accordance with required internal procedures using the systems provided.
•Resolve client challenges with the highest professionalism, promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to HQ partners.
•Ensure daily client outreach. Partnering with the team Manager to strategize a daily/weekly/monthly game plan.
•Reach KPI goals for CRM including accurate data and targeted outreach
•Ensure all client information is accurate and up to date
•Embrace digital tools that enhance the luxury selling experience e.g. Video selling.
•Must have a strong level of communication across multiple channels, and with local and global partners
•Ability to gather feedback and provide innovative insight to management based off case by case scenarios
•College degree preferred
•At least 2 years of previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the high luxury industry (jewelry, watches, etc).
Technical Skills / Abilities:
•Excellent communication skills- Both written and oral
•Entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good relations with both staff and clients.
•Strong computer skills (email, MS office).
•Experience utilizing a CRM system.
•Sense of diplomacy: Excellent communication skills and customer service management.
•Self-motivated, with creative problem solving skills.
•Excellent language skills in both oral and written English.
•Willingness to work flexible working hours.
