Overview
We are seeking a skilled Jeweler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced locally owned Jewelry store in Chesapeake. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand and power tools. As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for the assembly and fabrication of high-quality jewelry pieces, repairs, watch battery installation and ensuring that each item meets our rigorous standards for craftsmanship and design.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate jewelry components.
- Work efficiently and maintaining productivity while adhering to quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to jewelry making.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Experience in fabricating jewelry or similar products is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a commitment to achieving collective goals while maintaining individual accountability.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
