Jewelry Specialist
This is a client-facing sales role. You help couples design custom engagement rings and choose fine jewelry, in person and online, and you own each sale from the first hello to delivering the final piece.
What you’ll do
•Guide clients through custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry, in store and online
•Listen first, then match each client to the right piece for their style and budget
•Teach the basics of diamonds, metals, and design so clients buy with confidence, not pressure
•Stay involved through the whole process, from initial design and production to the finished piece and delivery
•Keep up with new pieces and trends so your advice stays sharp
What we’re looking for
•No jewelry experience required. If you are eager to learn, we train you fully.
•Great with people, in person and in writing
•Professional, honest, and dependable
•Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools
•A team player who does well when it gets busy
•Detail-oriented and precise with every order
Pay$60K–70K a year
