Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mounter/Goldsmith to join the team at our central London workshop. As part of a small but highly skilled team, you will support not only our showrooms but our wider workshop team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to bring their skills to a dynamic and growing company.
Responsibilities
- High end jewellery mounting from cast
- Componentry build and clean up
- Experience with mechanisms
- Proficiency in bespoke high complexity pieces working to intricate tolerances and quality standards
- Precise & Accurate Ring Sizing
- Re-tipping & Intricate Claw Work
- Polishing & Rhodium Plating
- Adept with Laser Technology
- Line Bracelet Alterations
- Experience & Expertise with Platinum & 18ct
- Re-Shanks
The role offers the opportunity to work on varied pieces and jobs to utilise a wide range of skills and expertise.
The ideal candidate will showcase:
- A genuine passion for the art of jewellery-making
- Manual dexterity
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Proven experience in this role or similar
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
- An ability to work with a wide range of precious metals
- An ability to work well under pressure
