Jewelry Repair Service Specialist
Davis Jeweler’s, Louisville Largest Fine Jeweler, is looking for a Jewelry Repair Service Specialist. This position works directly with our customers as a repair consultant.
The ideal candidate for this position will have great communication skills who can professionally meet and greet customers as they bring in items to be repaired.
Job responsibilities:
•Accurately communicate the process of having items repaired
•Following up with customers on estimates and delivery times
•Correspond with repair facilities on status of jobs
•Thoroughly explain details to customers of the required work in easy to understand language
•Possess ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
•Assist salespeople in modifications of new items sold
•Enthusiastic in all interactions with customers and other employees
•Selfless in the desire to provide every customer with an exceptional shopping experience
•Ability to complete minor repairs and light benchwork is a plus.
Training will be provided.
