What You’ll Do

Lead our jewelry production department while working alongside highly skilled craftspeople.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing bench jewelers and production workflow
  • Training and mentoring jewelers
  • Quality control before delivery
  • Solving difficult manufacturing challenges
  • Working with CAD, casting, setting, polishing and assembly departments
  • Improving efficiency without sacrificing craftsmanship
  • Maintaining exceptionally high quality standards

What We’re Looking For

You are likely someone who has:

  • 15+ years of bench experience
  • Master-level skills in fabrication and repair
  • Extensive experience with gold and platinum
  • Strong stone-setting knowledge
  • Experience supervising other jewelers
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Pride in producing exceptional work
