We currently have an opening for a full-time BENCH JEWELER to join our existing team of talented jewelers. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and the ability to perform intermediate to advanced level jewelry repair, channel & prong rebuilding, sizings and various styles of stone setting. Laser repair a plus. This position requires the ability to maintain productivity and accomplish a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations. This person should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills and be able to make good, sound decisions with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Sizing, Cleaning, Polishing, Soldering, Retipping, Repronging
  • Rhodium & Gold Plating
  • Diamond Stone Setting – all sizes small to large and all fancy shapes
  • Experienced in setting large/fancy shaped stones
  • Work must be consistent with our high standards of quality, service and timeliness
  • Maintain the shop and your personal work area to ensure it is clean and organized

Requirements:

  • 2 + years of bench experience
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Organizational skills
  • Solution and detail oriented
  • Dependable & Reliable
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work well with others
