Retail jewelry, watch, and cell phone repair store in the Franklin Park Mall is seeking an experienced jeweler/technician trainee to join our store. This highly-visible opportunity requires a dynamic, independent, multi-tasker to be in the heart of the store. If you are an experienced jeweler and are highly organized with superior customer service skills, we would really like to meet with you.
About the successful candidate: The successful candidate will be professional in appearance, positive attitude and enjoy working with people. You will also require superior technical aptitude and problem solving abilities. If you are enthusiastic and can handle the responsibility of a fast paced high volume environment, then this may be the position for you. We require an outgoing, friendly experienced jeweler that is amazing with people!

Basic/Complicated Jewelry Repairs
Chain Solders
Ring Sizing
Stone Setting
Retail Sales
Evaluate jewelry and watches
Resolve customer complaints
High energy a must
Ability to handle high volume, fast paced environment
Excellent language and communication skills required
Customer Service skills
Technical and Mechanical aptitude is a MUST
Candidate should have the ability and desire to learn various mechanical skills/tasks.
Some nights and weekend work hours are a must.
Work with highly experienced watchmakers and watch-techs to learn:
-Pricing -Battery Replacement
-Crystal Replacement
-Movement Repair and Replacement
-Other various watch repairs
Work with highly experienced cell phone techs to learn:
-Pricing
-Screen Replacement
-Hardware Replacement
-Battery Replacement
-Water Damage repairs
-Solders
Compensation:
-Hourly based compensation depending on experience, knowledge, and overall attitude
-Performance based commission and Bonuses
-Offering part time hours
