WHAT’S THE MISSION?
To create a memorable & engaging customer experience and to solidify this experience by welding our solid gold seamless bracelets onto our customer’s wrists

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
- As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars – Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
- Provide welding services in store including, but not limited to, welding or soldering a bracelet around a customer’s wrist
- Using the welding machine & equipment correctly and with care, and raising any issues with your line manager
- Providing an exceptional customer service at all times whilst keeping up to date with current promotions and product knowledge
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME?

- This role is suitable for any Jewellers with welding or soldering experience and an interest in jewellery
- You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels
- You’re always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to change
