Our established, family-owned fine jewelry company in St. Petersburg is seeking a highly experienced Bench Jeweler to manage our in-house repairs and assist on custom commissions. This position requires a technician who balances advanced technical proficiency with an uncompromising commitment to quality and ethical standards.
Technical Scope of Work
- Advanced Metallurgy: Perform complex repairs, sizing, and restorative work on gold, platinum, and silver.
- Precision Setting: Execute professional stone setting across various styles, including prong, channel, bezel, and pavé, ensuring the security and integrity of all gemstones.
- Laser Technology: Demonstrate ability to operate laser soldering equipment for intricate assemblies and heat-sensitive repairs.
- Custom Fabrication: Assist in the realization of custom designs, translating technical specifications into finished high-end pieces.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring every piece meets our aesthetic and structural benchmarks.
