As a Watchmaker, you will be responsible for the intricate craft of repairing, servicing, and maintaining various types of watches.   • Watch Repair and Servicing: Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch movements to ensure optimal functionality. Repair or replace damaged components such as springs, gears, and jewels.
  • Diagnosis: Identify issues or malfunctions in watches by conducting thorough inspections and diagnostics. Determine the necessary repairs or adjustments needed to restore functionality.
  • Calibration and Adjustment: Adjust the timing, accuracy, and precision of watches by regulating mechanisms such as balance wheels and escapements. Calibrate chronographs, complications, and other specialized features as required.
  • Restoration: Restore vintage or antique watches to their original condition by carefully repairing or replacing worn-out parts while preserving their historical integrity and value.
  • Quality Control: Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to verify the accuracy and performance of repaired or serviced watches. Ensure that all watches meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Provide professional advice and recommendations regarding watch maintenance, repair options, and care instructions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all watch repairs, including work performed, parts used, and associated costs. Generate repair estimates and invoices for customers accurately.
