As a rapidly growing business job progression is a real opportunity as our team expands. We also offer lots of perks to help keep you happy and motivated.

This role as a Watchmaker is a unique opportunity to work in a state of the art workshop under the Xupes group adding value to our existing business but also operating independently to offer repair, servicing and polishing services to new and old customers. Not only does this represent a tremendous opportunity to help establish a new business with the backing and support of Xupes; you will also have the chance to work with a variety of brands from our head office at Wickham Hall, Bishops Stortford. We already have Omega accreditation and will shortly have Cartier and other potential Richemont brands. You will have the opportunity to further your training in introducing new accreditation and maintain our existing affiliations.

The Watchmaking & Polishing department will echo Xupes principles and exacting standards working to offer services to customers and the trade matching the quality of the manufacturers. The long-term view will be to establish the company as an authorized service center for chosen brands and grow to become a leader within this industry in the UK.
