The Role
We are hiring a full-time Bench Jeweler to restore investment-grade watches to their original factory condition. This is exacting, hands-on work at the highest standard of the trade — precise metalwork in gold, platinum, and steel, performed at the bench with small hand tools. Bench experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Restore watch cases and bracelets to original factory condition
- Perform precise metalwork across gold, platinum, and steel
- Manipulate small components with hand tools to exacting tolerances
- Uphold the finishing standards our clientele expects on world-class timepieces
What You Bring
- Proven experience at the jeweler’s bench (required)
- Mechanical aptitude and technical precision
- Deep understanding of metals — how they behave and how to work them
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization

Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$85,000 starting salary, based on skill
