A prestige Swiss watch company is looking for a Watch Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Carry out services and repairs to all types of mechanical and quartz watches
•Handle watch repair registration, prepare quotation, customer invoice and related documents accurately
•Handle incoming enquiries on after-sales, requests, and complaints by telephone, email and face to face with courteous manner
•Manage spare parts purchase ordering, maintain workshop tools, equipment and supplies
•Achieve workload targets within agreed time frames and standards, and contribute to achievement of department targets
•Develop and maintain an in-depth current product and brand knowledge
•Pro-active in developing technical skills and industry knowledge
•Attend in house and brand house training
Requirements:
•Matriculated or above from and accredited school of watchmaking
•3-5 years working experience in working on timepieces
•Extreme attention to detail
•Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
•Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Chinese typing is essential
•Pleasant personality, responsible, self-motivated with good communication skills
•Able to work under pressure
•Immediate availability preferred
