Situated in the heart of historic Chichester, R.L. Austen is a family run jeweller which became one of the first independent jewellers in the UK to stock ROLEX watches, and have continued to do so for over 40 years. The business markets select ranges of high-quality jewellery (specialising in coloured gemstones, diamonds, and pearls), top name branded watches, clocks, and giftware. All the above merchandise is underpinned by a full range of support customer services, including that of jewellery repairs, valuations, and pearl re-stringing.
More recently, in 2015, the company moved to occupy a prestigious new premise, where they now have two retail floors which encompasses a luxurious watch showroom. Today, excitingly their next specific store investment is to commission a brand-new dedicated ROLEX watch service facility, and the need now is to identify two watchmakers.

This brand-new service facility, that is midst of being built, will offer our clients new appointees the best environment and tooling which will ensure service delivery to match best of industry expectation.
