Title: Full Time Retail Sales and Clock Repair Technician
Reports to: Business Owner
About Us: Windsor Clock & Watch is a highly experienced Clock & Watch sales and repair retail space, in Clive, IA. We have the largest selection of timepieces in Central Iowa. We have over 30 year’s experience in the business and are growing significantly. We are a family-owned business and employ a watchmaker and master clock maker and have affiliations with the American Watchmakers Institute, the National Association for Watchmaking and Clock-making Collectors.
Responsibilities:
•Service and repair incoming clock movements
•Greet and assist customers as needed
•Build a knowledge base of our clock & watch inventory and assist on the sales floor as necessary
•Support owner in managing customer requests in a timely manner
•Miscellaneous duties as assigned
•Uphold the values of Windsor Clock & Watch Co, which include honesty, integrity, quality and respect.
Requirements:
•Technical and mechanical skills a plus, on the job training is available
•Ability to multi-task and change directions, on the fly
•Organizational and problem solving skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Self-starter
•Ability to work independently and proficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to work some Saturday’s
