The role of Watch Repair Coordinator is to ensure the timely and efficient handling of all timepiece repairs. This includes but is not limited to intake, delegation to one of our watchmakers or a local service center, providing estimates, quality control and delivery. This team member services three retail locations and must have basic knowledge of timepieces. As part of the support service team, this person will also handle shipping for the company three days per week and be called upon occasionally to handle gift wrapping. A high school diploma is required. Jewelry repair experience, jewelry sales, watch sales and customer service experience is a plus.
This person must be very organized, able to work independently and be able to multitask efficiently. We use Gemini POS. Knowledge of Gemini and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
Our company requires a criminal background check as well as completion of psychological testing which is standard in our industry before an offer of employment can be made.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in watchmaking or selling is preferred.
