Description
•
Performs evaluation and repair Casio Watch Brands such as G-Shock, Edifice, Master of G, in particular Analog and Digital watches, in accordance with Casio service guidelines.
•
Verifies and checks watch product operation and diagnoses operating problems.
•
Prepares estimates for the service and documents evaluation results in service system.
•
Maintains, monitors and organize sufficient supply of parts and accessories for repair purpose
•
Provides technical support to internal and external customers requiring assistance.
•
All other duties as may be assigned by other members of management.

Requirements
•
Associate’s degree from two-year college or technical school and one to three years related experience; or high school diploma/GED and three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•
Watch repair experience and training certification are highly preferred.
