Watchmaker Customer Service (M/F)
based in our offices in Le Sentier, Switzerland .
HOW WILL YOU HAVE AN IMPACT?
- Carry out the complete service of our recent watches (manual and automatic, with complications, tourbillon, perpetual calendar),
- Completely dismantle the movement, clean it, reassemble it, lubricate it and adjust it,
- Adjust the escapement, balance spring and other elements,
- Put the dial as well as the hands and fit the movement,
- Carry out the various checks on operation, aesthetics and sealing in order to guarantee the quality of the intervention,
- Maintain his workspace and his tools in an irreproachable state,
- Actively collaborate with other members of the watchmaking team,
- Participate in various continuous improvement initiatives.
THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS? YOUR SKILLS!
- You have a watchmaking CFC or equivalent
- You benefit from more than 10 years of experience in a watchmaking sector and in grand complications
- You have worked in a service environment
- You are customer oriented and provide solutions
- You are passionate about watchmaking, a knowledge or affinity with vintage would be a plus
- You demonstrate great motivation, flexibility and availability
- Your command of English or any other language is a strong asset.
