Overview
Watch Chest is looking for a talented watchmaker to join our close-knit team and help make dreams come true for our global clientele. Our specialty is sourcing vintage and pre-owned Rolex watches and putting those pieces through our Artisan Renewed process. With this, our brand is built around our workshop and craftsmanship, where we give every timepiece the dedication and respect it deserves.
We are opening a first-of-its-kind watch lounge where customers can shop an extensive collection of luxury timepieces while witnessing the art of watchmaking firsthand. Through a transparent workshop window, visitors can observe master craftsmen performing the detailed restoration work that has become our hallmark.
Construction is ongoing and the position start date will coincide with construction completion. Estimated start date is June 1, 2025.
Watchmaker’s daily work:
- COA
- Refinishing case and bracelets
- General case and bracelet repair
- Dial, hands, calendar changing
- Waterproofing procedures and testing
- Authentication
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge and experience in most Rolex calibers, has a current or expired CW21 or SAWTA certificate or equivalent, and has the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

- Rolex: 1 year (Preferred)
