YOUR FUNCTIONS
•Ensuring Bucherer’s image through service excellence.
•Provide first level maintenance.
•Perform partial services on the brands we represent.
•Perform casing.
•Make simple settings on watches.
•Replace batteries.
•Ensure inventory management.
•Process customer files in the after-sales system.
•Ensure sporadically the presence at the reception of the After-Sales Service (SAV).
YOUR SKILLS
•Holder of a federal certificate of professional training (AFP) for operator in watchmaking.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in an after-sales service or confirmed experience in a production workshop.
•Acute sense of service and exemplary customer orientation.
•French mother tongue, good command of English, any other language is an asset.
•Ease with computer systems.
•Attention to detail and professional rigor.
•Sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit and flexibility.
•Neat and professional appearance.
