This team ensures the efficient processing of customer inquiries of all kinds and proudly represents the business card of our company. Job Description
You are the contact for customers with technical questions about mechanical movements and their components. They form the interface to the product managers at ETA and the production sites. To properly understand customer concerns, attend quality meetings with customers.

They handle guarantee cases for clockwork components and watchmaker tools. This includes the technical check, the creation of brief reports and informing customers via email.

You carry out quality controls for components returned by customers in the categories “wrongly ordered”, “wrongly packaged” and “wrongly delivered”.

Because you know what is not working well, you participate in or even initiate improvement projects.

As a communicative, service-oriented and assertive personality, you feel you are in the right place in customer service. You enjoy an interface function between our customers and our suppliers. You think and act in a customer-oriented manner and value written and verbal contact with customers and suppliers. Her way of working is structured and conscientious. They share our interest in continuously improving our work processes.

professional requirements
You have completed training as a watchmaker and have in-depth knowledge of mechanical ETA movements. Experience in customer service is an advantage. You are very familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.

They are French mother tongue and communicate fluently in German.
