As you’d expect from a leading Watch brand owner, there is ever a requirement to induct newness into the businesses watch servicing centre. Our client is fortunate to have a truly loyal watch wearing fan base and as with any premium timekeeping marque, timely aftersales care is an expected area of virtuoso onward customer care. An opportunity now exists for a recently qualified Watch Technician with limited repair & servicing experience, to join possibly for the first time, a company able to be ‘the making of you‘ from a professional perspective.
All brands, as you would understand, have their preset points of expected service perfection and this client is no different. These areas of compliance will be taught and monitored on an ongoing basis by your line manager. Once having left your capable hands, all technical watch functionality will be performing at its optimum efficiency and departmentally all will be re-checked before bench release.
It is expected that you would require further bench training and naturally your core skills will benefit from this further corporate tutoring & mentoring.
There is individual responsibility to be well organised able to schedule your workload to meet performance targets and to be diligent in ensuring every set work bench challenge is completed in a timely manner.
Appreciating the nature of your chosen profession it is rightly focused and highly concentrated when in the theatre of all things repair. Saying this though you need also to be a clear communicator and open to superior critique whenever instructional and helpful.
If you are able to demonstrate a horological leaning and possess that early knowledge that is now ready for brand owner fine tuning our client would welcome sight of your CV and if then felt to be opportune an assessment bench test opportunity awaits. We look forward to greeting your CV’s arrival – there is no time like the present!
