**Responsibilities:**

1. **Watch Servicing:**

– Perform routine maintenance and complete service procedures on various watch models.

– Ensure the highest standards of precision and accuracy in all repair work.

2. **Fault Finding:**

– Diagnose and identify issues in watches, both mechanical and electronic.

– Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for necessary repairs.

3. **Glass Replacements:**

– Skillfully replace watch crystals and glass components.

– Handle various types of crystals, including sapphire, mineral, and acrylic.

4. **Brand Expertise:**

– Demonstrate expertise in repairing watches from a diverse range of brands.

– Stay updated on the latest industry trends and brand-specific repair techniques.

5. **Efficient Workflow:**

– Manage workload efficiently, ensuring timely completion of assigned jobs.

– Adapt to varying daily workloads ranging from 1-2 to 5-6 jobs per day.

6. **Documentation:**

– Maintain detailed records of each repair, including parts used, procedures performed, and time spent on each job.

– Provide clear and concise communication regarding the status of ongoing repairs.

7. **Quality Assurance:**

– Uphold the company’s commitment to quality by adhering to established repair standards.

– Conduct thorough quality checks before returning watches to clients.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a watchmaker with a focus on servicing, fault finding, and glass replacements.

2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

3. Proficiency in using a wide range of watchmaking tools and equipment.

4. In-depth knowledge of various watch movements and mechanisms.

5. Strong attention to detail and precision in all aspects of watch repair.

6. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
