Zadok Jewelers, one of the largest family-owned and operated jewelry stores in the United States is looking for an experienced Watchmaker to join our amazing and growing team. ONLY candidates meeting requirements and experience need to apply.
Requirements:
- 3 plus years of experience
- High-end watch repair experience
- CW21/WOSTEP or equal
- Rolex certified a big plus
- Other rand certifications a plus
- Computer literate
- Background check and drug screening will be done
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose the necessary repairs to restore design and functionality of the received watch
- Diecasting/encasing the movement
- Disassembling the case and the movement
- Control each part of wear and tear before cleaning
- Assemble the case and the movement
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure manufacturer’s specifications are upheld in regards to functions and security.
- Lubricate, control and time the movement
- Execute thorough test of function and measure key data before casing in the movement
- Encase the movement and execute final water resistance and key data testing
- As needed, dismantle the case components of the watches in preparation for the polishing
- As needed prepare/assemble the case components of the watches prior to encase the movement
