Experience Watchmaking & Jewelry Repair

The main objective of the Coordinator is to make sure that Watchmakers/Technicians are working in an efficient environment with everything they need at hand. Thus, the individual is responsible to perform daily non-technical operations in the workshop in a timely and efficient manner: Matching products with needed spare parts, transferring and organizing repairs, managing Flow-backs, managing kit boxes and managing workshop supplies.

Key responsibilities

•Sort repair pouches coming from Dismantling in the Grouping area
•Place order for consumables
•Match pouch with white boxes coming from cleaning
•Match spare parts with repair: direct procurement and consumable
•Transfer to parts delay when required in SAP
•Transfer to assembling in SAP
•Pick and ensure accurate stock for the Local Stock
•and monitoring of the case preparation: ensure FIFO
•Organization of the ready-to-repair in the workshop: ensure FIFO and management by date, depending on the Brand.
•Transfer to Final Control.
•Transfer Fail QCs to the teams.
•Collect the Flow-Backs in the workshop based on the defined schedule
•Place orders for needed parts
•Transfer the repair to missing parts in SAP
•Transfer the repair to parts delay if required in SAP
•Collect the kit boxes with red beads in the workshop based on the defined schedule
•Place orders for missing or low volume consumables
•Change red beads to green beads once order is placed
•Manage picking after picking due to empty kit boxes: blue beads process.
•Fill kit boxes with consumables

Vendor Management

•White boxes, petri dishes and metal baskets
•Keep an accurate Inventory of tools and supplies, distribute and replenish when needed:
•Finger Cots, Sponges, bags…
•Watchmaker tools (tweezers…)
•Experience in stock and inventory management, with an experience in after sales will be an added value

Technical skills/abilities:

•SAP and MS Office
•Good interpersonal relations: capacity to handle multiple stakeholders

Education: High School Diploma or GED
