Job Description
Your main mission will be to restore the historic watches of the brand’s customers as well as those from the heritage collection with, as a common thread, respect for the principle of originality.
You will also be required to actively contribute to the enrichment, transmission and communication of watchmaking know-how.
In this context, your main tasks will be:
- Contribute to the drafting of quotes in French and English
- Carry out entrusted conservation – restoration projects
- Document and archive the operations carried out
- Welcome and introduce workshop activities to museum visitors in French or English
- Transmit and exchange with your peers on restoration techniques
- Communicate about workshop activities during special events for our clients.
Qualifications
- Holder of an ET technician diploma in watch restoration and complications or equivalent professional background, you have proven and solid experience in the repair or restoration of complicated watches
- You master English and are able to express yourself fluently Any other spoken and/or written languages are an asset
- You have good computer skills, particularly the MS office environment. CAD skills are an asset
- You master the use of conventional machines such as 70 lathes, milling machines and pointers as well as rotating or wheel rounding lathes for example
- You are recognized as creative, proposing innovative ideas both in providing solutions and in implementation
- Organized and autonomous, you particularly enjoy working in a team.
