Do you have a proven track record in prestige watch repairs and service?
Are you passionate about watches / luxury timepieces?
Do you have previous experience in servicing and repairs to all types of mechanical and quartz watches?
Are you a dedicated team player with a passion for delivering excellent client experience?
You will be a role model for our brands, whilst being a dedicated team player and delivering excellent client experience to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience. You will play a vital role in delivering the Watches of Switzerland client experience, whilst providing a superior quality of work throughout the different brands within our Group.
About you
- WOSTEP/BHI certification or equivalent
- Relevant accreditations and specific training from luxury watch brands is desirable but not essential
- Proven track record in prestige watch repairs and service
- Experience in servicing and repairs to all types of mechanical and quartz watches
- Commercial awareness
- A team player
- Ability to prioritize and plan own workload
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Motivated, proactive and dedicated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
