Job Opportunity: Experienced Watchmaker & Polisher Needed

Polisher Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience as a jewelry and/or watch refinisher or polisher (if limited watch polishing experience, willingness to learn is required).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Experience in polishing and refinishing watches, watch bracelets, and/or jewelry.
  • Any previous polishing experience will be highly valued.

Polisher Responsibilities:

  • Polishing and refinishing of watches and watch bracelets, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
  • Use appropriate tools and techniques to remove scratches, dents, or other imperfections from watch cases, bezels, and bracelets.
  • Ensure the maintenance of original finishes and create different finishes as required.
  • Work collaboratively with a team and follow directions to achieve quality results.

Watchmaker Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience as a professional watchmaker, working with high-end or luxury watches.
  • Ability to perform full servicing of timepieces, including movement repairs, component replacements, and adjustments.
  • Expertise in diagnosing issues and recommending solutions for repair or restoration.
  • Knowledge of watch brands, specifically luxury timepieces like Rolex, Omega, and others.
  • Proficiency with watchmaking tools and equipment in a professional workshop setting.
  • Certifications from recognized watchmaking schools (CW21, WOSTEP, or equivalent) are a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
