Our client prides itself in retaining watchmakers who have been specifically trained within Swiss Watch houses (BREITLING, CARTIER, CHOPARD, OMEGA, ROLEX and TAG HEUER), through whose talents every watch received is restored to best showroom functionality and appearance.
The business already enjoys official Approved Service Centre status with the main Swiss watch houses: Hublot, Longines, Omega, Rado and Tag Heuer, and they are keen to expand their reach even further.
With their reputation and corporate ambition continuing to grow apace, and in response to the increasing demand for their range of after-sales services from a growing number of knowledgeable and passionate watch aficionados, they now need to secure additional London-based staff to expand their established service reception point in the City of Manchester.
With a specific new corporate initiative on the horizon, the time is now right to invest in a further Watch Technician to support the established fully-qualified and accredited team of Senior Watchmakers.
This role will initially involve: changing watchstraps, adjusting watch bracelets, fitting watch batteries and re-sealing watch cases as and when required.
Over time, this remit may expand to encompass additional watch repair and servicing tasks, but only once the appropriate training – either in-house or with specific brand suppliers – has been sanctioned and completed to our client’s exacting standards.
Whether your existing experience has been gained “on the bench” away from direct customer contact, or you have built your capability “on the job” serving customers within a retail jewellery store, your expertise will be valuable to our client, provided you can pass the future “bench test” with flying colours.
