Roles & Responsibilities:
•Ensuring authenticity of watches upon receipt and communicating any issues to other departments.
•Comprehensively repairing timepieces as necessary and on time including quartz, manual, and automatic movements.
•Managing clear communications with team members to keep processes tight and to ensure on time and high quality delivery to customers.
•Ensuring highest standards of quality, safety, and quality.
Skills We Need:
•Extremely strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
•Ability to remain calm and organized despite a high volume workload.
