Roles & Responsibilities:

•Casing and de-casing watches
•Conducting various tests for watchmakers to prepare for authentication and final quality reviews before providing to customers
•Data entry of watch / repair information
•Support customer satisfaction and post-sale activities
•Some Repairs and adjustments (e.g., crystals, pushers, changing batteries)
•Cleaning watch components if required
•Communicating proactively and consistently across departments, particularly regarding service issues and delays
•Highly professional with heavy focus on quality of service

Skills We Need:

•Ability and desire to learn, with talent in working with mechanics
•Basic computer aptitude
•Experience working with luxury brands is a plus
•Close attention to detail and precision
•Strong communication skills, verbally and written
