Job Description: Horologist/Watchmaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced watchmaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing a variety of watch repair tasks proficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Replace quartz and mechanical movements
• Fabricate new parts when needed
• Replace crystals
• Replace stems and crowns
• Service movements
• Install watch batteries
• Remove links
• Create lists of parts needed to properly repair watches
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a watchmaker
• Proficient in various techniques to repair various grades of watches.
• Have tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Trustworthy and clean criminal background
