YOUR TASKS
•Carrying out repairs and express services for well-known watch brands
•Carrying out advisory tasks regarding services (SAV)
•Independent processing of repair management
•Checking and adjusting the watches sold
•Carrying out various administrative work such as preparing offers etc.
•Direct contact with our demanding international clientele
YOUR COMPETENCIES
•Apprenticeship as a watchmaker (m/f/d) with EFZ
•First professional experience in (SAV) watchmaking, practical experience in sales is an advantage
•Strong customer and service orientation
•High social competence, ability to work in a team and flexibility
•Confidence in style and a professional appearance
•Good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English
