Ottawa Swiss Watch Services Inc. located at 200-25 Tapioca Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1T 2J7, has a full time and permanent position for a “Watch Repair”. Ottawa Swiss Watch Services is the exclusive authorized service center in Canada for Audemars Piguet Watches. We are certified by the leading Swiss watch companies. Our services are extensive and our facility is equipped with the latest in technology and our technicians are professionally trained and certified to maintain the highest standards of service.
wage and benefits
•$26.00 – $35.00 / Hour for 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Watches assembling, repair, lubrication and cleaning.
•Examine watches, disassemble and check for defective and misaligned parts or rust.
•Performing Maintenance services.
•Replace or repair worn or broken parts.
•Polishing of case and bracelet.
•Test, adjust and regulate timepiece movements.
•Clean all parts using special cleaning and rinsing solutions and ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning machines to remove dirt and dried lubricants.
•Performing disassembly/assembly of case bracelet.
•Assisting in evaluating repairs.
•Ensure high quality control standards.
Minimum Requirements
•Watchmaker with the technical certification/passport of Audemars Piguet – Level R030/R040 or similar certification from a recognized watchmaking school.
•Certification from the leading Swiss Watches brands or watchmaker certificate/passport is mandatory.
•5 years technical experience in watchmaking, preferable in Audemars Piguet or luxury Swiss Watches brands.
•Completion of secondary school is required.
•Team player, hard worker and detail oriented.
•Good computer skills.
•Good customer service and communication skills.
•Ability to speak, read and write in Arabic is an asset.
