Integrated Chronograph Watchmaker

To deliver any required repairs to all calibres to company specifications and quality standards.

Key Duties

Carry out in a cost effective manner any full services, movement exchanges and partial repairs on all calibres you have received training on, up to and including integrated mechanical chronograph to company standards.

•Ensure the security of all repairs in your care and carry out all repairs within the agreed time frame.

•Pass all completed repairs to Quality Control.

•Document all work carried out and maintain accurate records.

•Attend customer events as one of our ‘in-house’watchmakers.

•Promote the brand at all times and present yourself in a professionally manner through appearance, voice and demeanour.

•Principal Accountabilities

•Reading the job card to ensure the customers’requirements are met.

•Always using the correct techniques and tools to complete the repair requested.

•Ensure that all watches have the appropriate testing documentation attached to the

•paperwork on completion and that the Quality Control sheet has been completed.

•Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the Quality Control team.

•Ensure that your knowledge of company products is kept up to date and that you are fully conversant with all the latest servicing information.

•Any ad hoc duties and reasonable requests that Management may make.

Production Requirement

To produce a minimum of 10 x traditional integrated chronograph services or 20 x integrated chronograph movement exchanges or 25 x partial repairs per week or the appropriate mix of work as directed by the senior unit watchmaker.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Must have proven track record working on quality watches demonstrating exceptional performance, have previous bench experience and passed the appropriate bench test.

Self-motivated, well organized, good levels of concentration and attention to detail, good eye/hand coordination, able to meet targets and deadlines, basic computer skills. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the business.
