Position Overview
Springer’s Jewelers is seeking a highly skilled Rolex Certified Watchmaker to join our Service Department. This role is responsible for performing authorized Rolex service, repair, and refinishing in strict adherence to Rolex After-Sales Service standards.

The ideal candidate brings advanced technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to quality and process. This position plays a critical role in delivering a luxury service experience while upholding the integrity of both the Rolex and Springer’s brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Rolex-certified repairs, servicing, and refinishing in accordance with brand standards
  • Diagnose timepieces and prepare accurate service estimates
  • Execute full-service watchmaking processes, including disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, and regulation
  • Conduct quality control testing to ensure performance, durability, and accuracy
  • Maintain precise documentation and comply with Rolex service protocols and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with service and retail teams to support client communication and service timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready workspace using Rolex-authorized tools and equipment

Qualifications

  • Current Rolex Watchmaker Certification in good standing (required)
  • Proven experience servicing and repairing Rolex timepieces
  • Strong technical proficiency in mechanical watchmaking and refinishing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently within strict brand guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced horological training preferred

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Full-time position with scheduling based on business needs
  • Requires precision bench work, fine motor skills, and visual acuity
  • Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment in a professional workshop setting
