Saltzman’s Watches is a full service watch retail and repair facility. We have several authorized parts accounts, plus factory authorized service centers. We repair a variety of watches from consumers, jewelers, and manufacturers.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Watchmaker/Watch Technician located in Cranston, RI. The position involves responsibilities such as repairing and maintaining high-quality watches, performing routine servicing and adjustments, and ensuring precise timekeeping accuracy. Additional tasks include diagnostics, assembling intricate timepieces, and conducting thorough quality control checks to meet meticulous standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in watch repair and maintenance, including handling various types of watches
- Ability to perform quality control to ensure exceptional standards
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy during repairs and diagnostics
- Relevant certification or formal training in horology, CW21 or equivalent is a plus, but not required
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a detail-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
