Rolex Technician

Fink’s Jewelers is searching for an expert Rolex Certified Watchmaker at our new flagship store on the corner of N Gayton Road and W Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Prior watchmaker experience is required. Our ideal candidate understands the importance of delivering best in class service.

Responsibilities:

• Able to perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz timepieces.
• Complete service of most Rolex models/calibers.
• Test timepiece for accuracy and performance within Rolex tolerances.
• Ensure repair work meets or exceeds brand quality standards.
• Record and keep track of serial/model numbers, and work performed.

Qualifications:

• Certified Rolex Technician
• Detailed orientated with a mechanical aptitude.
• Preferred 2 to 3 years of work experience in the craft or relevant certifications.
• Watchmaker with WOSTEP, SAWTA, CW21 certification

Our vision includes a state-of-the-art Rolex corner, and a David Yurman shop in shop. Along with the brands you know and love, the expanded showroom will also bring new jewelry and watch brands, offering Richmond the largest selection in the area.

In addition, we will continue to offer custom design services, jewelry repair, and watch repair with their state-of-the-art watchmaker shop and a newly expanded jewelry repair area.
