Job Description
In order to complement our teams within the T2 department of our Production & Quality department, we are looking for someone interested in using their skills as a Watchmaker / Production Watchmaker.
As part of this position, your main tasks are as follows:
- Perform technical and aesthetic haircutting on watch heads
- Realize the requests for exchange of components for the hatching
- Analyze and report key problems for correction
- Offer technical support to the various islands in order to overcome the problems encountered
- Validate some of the defects on the movements identified in T2
- Ensure the conduct of operations according to the work guidelines provided
- To make the installation of the hands and dials, as well as the fitting of the various parts entrusted in the quantity and quality required
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality according to the conformity’s defined by the company
Profile
- You are in favor of a CFC of a production watchmaker, watchmaker or title deemed equivalent
- You have proven experience (3-5 years) in the field

- You are organized and know how to manage priorities
- You are flexible and have good resistance to stress
- You work rigorously and conscientiously
- You are self-sufficient and have a good team spirit
- You communicate in a transparent and constructive manner
Languages
You with a good command of the French language, both orally and written.
