•Able to troubleshoot and service complication watches according to the service standards quality and process stipulated by the brands;
•Well-verse with all documentation related to diagnostic, servicing and quality check;
•To observe the turnaround time on every step of service.
•To analyse and determine the cause of the watch’s malfunction;
•To ensure proper entry on all documents required and hand over to Admin Team accordingly;
•To be able to justify for any parts requisition, minimise wastage and proper usage of spare parts.
•To observe the turnaround time.
•To keep the work bench and workshop neat and clean;
•To ensure the personal tools are in good conditions;
•To be a good team member, able to communicate and work closely with all other members of different functions;
•minimum 10 years of experience in watch servicing
•Experience in servicing prestige brands
•Well-verse with workshop operations
•Basic computer knowledge preferred
•WOSTEP or other professional watchmaking certificate
