Based in Singapore, your responsibility will be to perform complete overhauls on our range of watches. You will be required to follow established technical protocols. The focus is on delivering the highest level of service to customers to become the best in class customer service in the industry, giving a true competitive advantage to Audemars Piguet. Our Service Centres follow the Group’s strategic plan which aims to achieve measurable goals in terms of delivery lead times and repair quality to build a strong brand image through qualitative Client Care interaction.
Holder of a Watchmaking certification, you are a true professional with minimum 5 years of proven experience in servicing high-end Swiss mechanical watches. Your expertise must allow you to service from Quartz to Self-Winding Chronographs and, possibly some more complicated mechanisms such as Perpetual Calendars. You not only master the assembling of mechanical calibres and the tuning of chronograph mechanisms but also the regulation and dynamic posing whenever required.Customer oriented, you thrive on excellence and continuous improvement in everything you do. Respectful, solution driven with a positive attitude in all circumstances, you are a team player and are willing to learn. Calm and open, you interact well with people from different cultures. You meet strict deadlines while handling large volumes of work and you have the ability to communicate in Mandarin. Any other language such as English is a plus.
