We are seeking an experienced Watch Technician to join our growing workshop.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience working on watches and can confidently carry out common repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard. Experience within a watch repair centre, jeweller, service centre, or similar environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quartz movement replacements
  • Glass and crystal fitting
  • Crown and pusher replacement
  • Battery replacements and maintenance services
  • Case and bracelet disassembly/reassembly
  • Resealing and pressure testing
  • Bracelet repairs and sizing
  • Fault diagnosis and assessment
  • Quality control of completed work
  • Maintaining workshop standards and productivity targets

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Watch Technician or in a similar watch repair role
  • Ability to work confidently with small precision components
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
  • Reliable, professional and self-motivated
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills

  • Watch case and bracelet polishing
  • Experience with luxury watch brands
  • Knowledge of water resistance testing procedures
  • Basic mechanical watch repair experience
