The Role
Our Customer Service centre based in Southampton provides a full servicing operation to brands produced by the Swatch Group.
Here at Swatch Group (UK) Limited, we seek out committed and passionate watch technicians with a serious eye for quality to join us and play a pivotal part in our customers experience with the Swatch Group.
At Swatch Group (UK) Limited, employee training, development and progression is of paramount importance to us. You may have already completed some brand specific training, however if not, we will provide this to you alongside continuous development opportunities, for those that demonstrate commitment to us.
Job Description of Watch Technician
•Carry out required servicing on watches allocated to you, in accordance with specific standards, for example, partial services, exchange services etc. (if little to no experience, training will be provided)
•To organise and manage your allocations to ensure watches are serviced within required SLA’s
•Keep clear communication open between yourself, supervisor, the technical administration team and Technical Manager, of any potential delays in the workflow.
•Be prepared to undertake brand specific training and continuous development opportunities in order to increase knowledge and over time, develop into a watchmaker position.

Profile
•A strong interest in continuing and/or developing a long-term career within the watchmaking industry
•Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow and where needed, switch between detailed instructions
•Experience of working towards set targets within a service driven industry.
•A self-motivated individual who is able to maintain high standards of quality
•Accreditation from Swatch Group approved brand/s
